Originally, I intended to use Eggman as the base for this guy, but I couldn't get the arms to work right. Then I discovered that I could easily edit the arms of Byte from MMX3 into what I needed. However, that meant that they were too large for Eggman's body, so I had to switch over to Flame Mammoth's.
